Contraceptive Pills Are Altogether Commonplace, so Are Yaz Side Effects
Yaz side effects reach from rather gentle to dire. The most common side effects seem to be weight gain and complete loss of sex drive. Other Yasmin side effects include but are not limited to vaginal discharge, increased appetite, and yeast infections. All of these side affects appear to come about far too often and can possibly have lethal results. The more serious Yasmin side effects include blood clots, hypertension, chest pain, and heart attack. Although less frequent, these side effects are far more severe.
According to the Food and Drug Administration, Yasmin should only claim what has been passed by the Food and Drug Administration as part of the advertising effects, which does not appear to be the situation. Yasmin is a drug that precludes fertilization, however, it was licensed for the marketplace to aid problems with PMDD, or Premenstrual dysphoric disorder and moderate to sever acne. With this said, the most serious side effects were not included and you are driven to research the side effects at your own accord.
If you or someone you know is having any of the identified Yasmin side effects, seek medical care immediately and tell the medical personnel that you are taking the drug. If there is damage to any part of your body, you may be entitled to join a rising group of ladies in their legal crusade against the birth control pill company that neglected to alert them of the potential side effects that occur with it. As with any oral contraceptive, one should always be aware of the potential side effects before taking it and decide accordingly if it will be too dangerous to take.
