As a soon-to-be mom, I am very excited to go through the pain and the joy of motherhood. It’s amazing that technology today can let you view your growing wonder inside a mom’s belly. My husband and I were not sure if we wanted to know the sex of our first child. We went back and forth on weather or not we wanted to be surprised or to know beforehand. In the end we decided that it’s better to know beforehand in order to plan everything. Planning for a baby includes getting little tinsy tiny clothes for them, preparing their own room and cradle, and other things of that nature. Not every plan or purchase has to be gender specific, but some of them do, like the clothes and the layout or theme of the baby room.

So we decided, together, to go to a medical institution and find out the sex of the baby as well as make sure that he or she is healthy and doing well. At the hospital, I asked the doctors some questions pertaining to the equipment they were using. They said they had purchased used ultrasound machines from a well known and reputable ultrasound machine dealer. That put me at ease knowing that the quality technology and machines they were using would be the same to look inside and see my baby. Sure enough, I’m having a baby girl.
